My xbox will not let me play games on a disk because the tray will not spin plz help me

sounds like your lazer has got stuck so i suggest send it in for a repair!

You need to grease the motor if that doesn't work check the soldering on all the wires and if one looks like it's not on correctly solder it back in and if that still doesn't fix it you will need to replace the disk drive.

Or he can always swap the PCB boards that's what i did when i had to replace mine.
