But with Hiren's boot cd he can keep all his data and programs

"There is nothing on it worth keeping and it wouldn't bother me if it had to be restored to factory settings"
He has no need/want to keep any of his old stuff so a simple re-installation of Windows would be fine. It would also clean out any old programs etc on his laptop so it would run like new.

Ah didn't read that bit lmao but thanks for pointing that out, yeah the easiest thing would be to reinstall
No bother. Just realised my reply seemed a little cheeky but I didn't mean to come off that way. I'm sure your solution would be fine if there was anything worth saving but as there isn't, a full re-install would be simplest.

1. Reinstall Windows.
or
2. Deactivate Password trough BIOS
or
3. Download one of the Passwort Crackers and put it on your USB.

Iv had the same sort of issue and you can download software from the web which removes the password or changes back to the previous one.

You will need to perform a clean install of Windows.

If you do not have a Windows CD, then I suggest that you burn a ISO/torrent to a blank CD OR put it on a USB. Just boot your computer off that CD/USB and you will be prompted to reinstall Windows.

After installing, you will be asked to create a new user account along with a new password.
