It's the same methodish, but you'll plug out your internet, when in single player you load up your save then you sign back in, and hit "Go"

There isnt a point really, you will just get reset or banned for it

I have been modding cars since 1.09
I have survived 3 updates and many ban waves
Modding cars using Hazards Save Editor wont result in a ban my friend

The stuff that will get you banned is things like God mode and using ISO's.
Rockstar don't care about modded cars. If they did we all would have been banned for having NOS
