So I was playing gta online and I saw this dude with a chrome crew color!? Now I went on the social club and tried to do it but I couldnt. Is this hacking or is there a way to actually make it chrome!?

you equip chrome and then select crew color and it will over lap the chrome, making the chrome have a tint that is your crew color. Otherwise its impossible to have a chrome crew color.
