Alright so I got an Xbox 360 Slim Corona RGH system.
Really disappointed though because the temperatures are constantly running high, causing the console to shutdown (lack of ventilation so it shutdowns to protect form overheating).

What could I do to fix/lower the temperatures?
I've already replaced the thermal paste with Arctic Silver 5 and even installed a whisper fan (which doesn't really help anyway haha).

And yes, I have adjusted the fans through FSD (tried running AUTO and 100%) and other things such as rebuilding the NAND, changed around the target temps on Dashlaunch, and tried moving the console around (for better ventilation and a cooler environment) but it still runs at 75C only idling on the Dashboard/FSD...

maybe if you wire an external fan.
or get a cooling fan stand for xbox:

or if you cut a custom case mod into the shell for better airflow ,just look it up on youtube.
hope i helped

Keep case open, replace heat sink with something like the Hyper 212 Evo and bam, sorted.

too much thermal paste can result in higher temps due to the separation of heatsink and chip dye. The lighter the layer is best to help heat soak into the heatsink and have the fan pull it away.

Reapply a very light layer of thermal paste and up the fan speed this will help keep the heat from soaking and it will flow up and out faster this way.
