1 Monitor (HD)
A Mouse (prefer Razor)

Also I need it to run all games like DayZ, Rust, Gmod, Skyrim, BF4 etc... all on maximum setttings.

Was just a heads up.

Are you able to use a TV or other monitor until you can save more for a monitor??

This will give more money for the actual PC.

And there are much better than Razor for the price

Hopefully someone can build a decent spec for the budget

Easy on that budget. OP this build would be great for you, it doesn't have any Razer products as i think they are sucky, but i've left you room in the budget in case you wanted anything else or incase you wanted an SSD.

It's right at the top of your £850 budget and the keyboard and mouse aren't very good. However, it has a great monitor, one of the best GPU's you can get and a fantastic CPU. It would be a good idea to add an SSD to the build, if possible. I would also recommend using your current keyboard/mouse until you can find some more money for a better keyboard and mouse.
