So i've got a issue which i've had no help from activison but basically....
I've maxed out 8 characters which puts me at 9th prestige but the problem is i'm one prestige icon behind, I am stuck with the red skull icon which is 8th and the thing is i've never been in a hacked lobby or boosted or anything like that and my prestige does change its just one prestige behind so i dont know how to fix this...
activision said they may have to do a full reset or roll back my stats to fix this but i want to try and avoid that if i can...
steps ive done is delete account off xbox and recovered it
cleared system cache,
unlinked account and re linked it
and i've played on each character and made sure they were maxed out with xp....
If you have heard of this before and know a solution please let me know thanks

but i do know that i should be a blue skull icon but im seeing 8th everywhere....
and going on the characters im seeing 8th on the last character and it should be the blue skull before 10th....

Lol man the reason it shows the prestige 8 embem on all the characters is because it is supposed to. When you prestige for example say I am prestige 3 all my past soldiers will be prestige 3 and the soldiers that are ahead of the 3rd soldier. Then if I prestige and Im 4th restige then all my soldiers will be 4th prestige. So when you get to 10th all your soldiers will be 10th prestige
