As the title says i need to transfer but whenever i try transfering it on my usb, it gives me "Data01-16" while on xexmenu or fsd can someone please help! Much appreciation in advance

You have to use the Consoles file system to transfer these.

Do it the same way you transferred them off your other console.

Memory>Storage Device With Games>"y" Button>Move>New Storage Device

Alright i moved them from my usb to my hdd via the system settings now when i try playing the game on dashboard i get the message "cannot launch"

Sounds like your using GOD files.
Try launching from FSD or Xexmenu.
Or extract the files to normal JTAG files.
Screen shot the game folder if you have neighbourhood installed.
