I was wondering.. With these settings on my comp, the first pic below, I blue screen. Does anyone know what the cause to that might be? I wasn't entirely sure what to really show as a means to find this, so the info of the actual parts, speccy, etc. are all in the spoiler.

I'm looking to make some upgrades to my computer. I want to get a new tower, already have one in mind, along with a few other things. Keep in mind I'm an idiot to parts, I truly don't know much other then basics. I can install it all, but have no clue as to what I'm really installing component wise. I was looking at possible parts and wanted to know what was compatible and not. I couldn't really find anything that would give me reliable information on this kind of stuff, so I'm trusting you guys. I also want to know if you have parts you'd recommend over what I like, also do you know anything or one, whatever that can show me actual specs? So I can make my own compare and contrasts.

    I got 270 to spend.
    I do have another issue also, overclocking. How can I tell if something is overclocked, how do I do it, and would I need a better PSU, CPU, to run it?
    How can I tell if a motherboard will work with the tower?
    Do GPUs have a universal porting? Like my Raedon would work in the motherboard I listed below and I wouldn't have to worry about a failed fit?
    What exactly does hydro/vapor cooling actually do? I understand temp low = faster, but what does it do? Does it cool the whole system or a part of it? A GPU, PSU, CPU, Motherboard?
    I use OBS how can I make sure I'm getting my frames recorded? I seem to never be able to get it as it only seems to catch audio, but actual video is just a frozen image. I'm trying to stream videos for ESO at high settings.
    What's the best tool to stream, one that gives little impact to performance and fps, while being fairly easy to manage?
    How can I improve my streaming? GPU, CPU? Better cooling?
    How exactly do you compare GPUs? By the clocking, memory use, cooling and what does it mean?

Try to stick to one topic, so its easier to find all your info in one place.

You can only overclock your GPU as you are doing so with AMD Overdrive, which is likely to cause the instability.

Yes any graphics card can fit in any motherboard with a PCIe x16 slot.

I've already suggested a couple of parts for you in the other thread, but as far as these parts you've linked;

Tower is nothing special and looks to be expensive for what it is, you pretty much have pick of the market if you're spending that much on one.

First power supply is overkill and mediocre, second one is downright dangerous.

Motherboard won't work with your processor as it uses a different socket. Its also overpriced and wouldnt have any benefit for you over a sub hundred dollar one.

All the GPU's are awful.
