I'm planning on getting an Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB and it needs a minimum of 400 watts, where can I find a new power supply for my computer? If you're wondering this is my PC [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Why would you want a 8800 GTS? it's a very very old card and won't do very well in many modern games.

Get something newer.
