Title says all, gta online I have lester and he never picks up the phone and merryweather isnt in my phone I heard theres missions to unlock but which missions?

When you play online enough you should get a call from lester to go to his house if you have a big L on the map go there if you don't just wait for him to call you he probably already has though E

you get merryweather after lester and they will also give you a call
