Recently in my school a kid was expelled due to pushing his one friend slightly. A teacher took it as bullying, considering the one kid was way bigger than the other, and reported it to the principal. They took action and the kid was expelled even though both kids knew they were just playing around.
Do you think it's right that you can get suspended just from a bystander saying something, even if it wasn't bullying?

Yea I don't believe this story is true at all.
A slight push would not result in disciplinary action.
Perhaps they were told not to horse around and you left that little detail out?
To answer your question. No. Bystanders should not be suspended. That's outrageous. Detention at most.

Well I fell bullying needs to stop, however getting expelled for pushing someone is pathetic. If he had punched him then maybe. Teachers need to understand that it's not just physical bullying.
One kid gets cyber bullied everyday and teachers don't do anything about it.

If it was not bullying, why didn't the two friends take this case to the principle and tell them it was just messing around. Either you're trolling or both of these kids are more stupid than I originally thought.
