If you have deleted the banned account.. When you recover the account it will just disconnect you from Xbox Live. There is no way of recovering a banned account.

Here is a tut on how to do it but this will not get your account unbanned it will just let you get your profile back on your console. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] I believe this still works I used it not long ago with my banned account.

Just start to recover your account try to recover it to usb and when it comes up saying banned unplug the usb and put the file into horizon and fix the profile think someones posted the topic above

Try putting it on a USB or transfer cable.
