Well considering it is your first or at least one of your first, it looks good. I cant even do that so I cant judge too hard. I would say sense its one of your firsts, 6/10

Nice design on your first logo. I think to make it stand out more if you would put the white stripes behind the "IC", to make it stand out more in my opinion.

I don't think you quite grasp the concept of a true logo.
Anything you have that could be considered a logo is covered by the unnecessary and unappealing stripes.
I would remove those. Even then, it's just plain letters in a circle.

If you want the circle with the text still, I would remove the lines and put a gradient on the circle.
Then put a stroke around the circle that has a gradient going the other way.
That way you get a glossy button look.
