Neighborhood will save the console into a config, so theres no worry for re-opening it or keeping it opening.

Once you add your console to Neighorhood, you can then start to use tools which will connect to the console that is saved by neighborhood.

Most apps now-a-days are XRPC or JRPC. But yet, make sure the app you have is for the correct title update for the CoD you are modding.
