You will have along wait because ps4 has not been jail broken yet so there no way anyone can host a lobby but some one can do you a recovery on ps3 and the data will transferred over to your ps4 ghost if you connected the elite account thin.

Problem with that is you will be insta banned from the ghost servers. Espiecally if you already transferred from PS3 to PS4 so its honestly quite impossible at this time. Just enjoy the dedicated serves and no modded accounts I have yet to find a non legit account. IW will always monitor the newest COD titles and so will TA (Treyarch) I hope i spelled that right
