So I've been on this site for a while now. I remembered recently that I had Gold on here like a year and a half ago and sort-of liked it. My question is, how has Gold evolved from what it used to be, and is it worth buying and getting active on this forum again?

We cannot tell you specifics as to how it has changed but look at the premium page: Premium.html and it will tell you all you need to know

I upgraded the other day. It is lovely to have those few extra touches, it actually helps communication with other members too!

Yeah, I've read that. Well, I guess the new things I see are PM'ing and early access. But early access to what? Like programs, or just new things hitting the forum?

I would highly recommend getting it! It adds to the complete TTG experience! I am hosting my own Gold Giveaway in the general forums as of right now in order to obtain my "gold gifter" badge. You may just win gold for free (;
