Current Build:

CPU: Intel i5 4670K 3.4 GHz
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper T4
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87-HD3
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 780 Lightning
RAM: Cruciel Ballistix Sport 2x4GB
HDD: Western Digital 2TB
PSU: Corsair CX750M
Case: Zalma Z11+ ATX Mid Tower

It just seems like everyone has a water cooler, and I bought a fan. Do I have a good fan? Should I switch to water-cooling? I'm going to OC my CPU, and maybe my Video card.

Well that cooler isn't the best air cooler around, but that alone isn't enough reason to dish out money for a new one. Depending on your temperatures when you actually overclock, should show you whether you need a better cooler.

I wouldn't recommend water-cooling. Their is no need for it in this day and age. The only reason for water-cooling would be for a nice looking PC. Air coolers perform just as well as water coolers now-a-days anyway.
