Has anybody ever encounter that?
Its when your "sleep" with your eyes open. You see scary ghost like figures. You also hear them telling you noises. The worst part about it is your body is paralyzed so you're unable to move. Its not painful but it's very scary.
Has anybody ever encounter it?

I have it at least 5 times a week. I've gotten used to it. It's scary at first, especially after watching movies like Shadow People.
