So I recently wanted to start working out on my abs, but I don't know where to start?
I have them, but I just need to tone them.

Any suggestions that will be easy?

At 14 % you should start to see the upper abs
You will see the whole of the abs with good definition at around 8 or 9 % body fat

You may read some things about bodybuilders being at a dangerously low 3% body fat! that is as they drop that low for their shows. I would not recommend going that low, however at around 8% you should be fine.

Do crunches, plank, sit ups, leg raises etc.
all of which will work on the core

Toning abs is all about variating what exercises you do. I would have little routines. Start with some crunches, then do russian twists, then jackknifes, the suitcases, then side crunches on both sides. Really you just want to work out all parts of your core. It's not hard at all to google or youtube a good abs workout.
