It's a glitch in sp where you put a jet in the garage and it blows up the cars when you enter. then you remove the jet and re enter. That's the short answer. Also he's not duping because no one else can see them and they go away after you dash.

I saw the tut on 7s. Pretty useless glitch. Only the owner sees the car like that and they disappear if you dashboard or turn off console. And the glitch frequently freezes consoles. Looks cool but its a waste f time
