Zombies Definitely . Extinction Shouldn't Even Be Compared To Zombies . It Has Virtually No Story Line And Gets Boring Very Fast . Im Pretty Mad I Have To Wait A Whole Year For The Next Zombies , But It Will Be Better Because They Have Twice As Much Time To Make It .

Zombies for sure, specifically from WaW and BO1.

I didn't enjoy BO2 zombies as much as I did in the previous games.
