Ok so earlier today my xbox dsconnected me from live. took about 8 hours to reconnect and it was xboxs side not mine. I talked to support they helped me fix it, but in the process had me delete my profile Now my xbox is running really slow and it wont let me download a profile, they told me i need to send it in for maintenance. My console is flashed. What will happen if i send it in flashed? I havent checked, but i think the seal is in tact. If it is intact, should i be able to send it no problems? Should i try to ask the guy who flashed it if he can replace it with the old firmware before sending it? Thanks! +rep to the best/ most helpful answer ;)
