So the Rat-Loader is free for the patch but when they remove it from next patch update does that mean you can't get it anymore. Or if you don't have one you have to go find a Rat-Loader then pay for all the customization to it?

I think it will still be available to be bought from the website, but it will not be free to buy and the upgrades will cost money like before.
