Well, I am going to be ordering pc parts soon and I am not the greatest pc builder there is so I am asking you guys to build a pc on pcpartpicker and link it to me. I do not need mouse, keyboard, monitor. I do need OS. The budget is $450. Games I will be playing is mainly minecraft, so make sure cpu is good. Gmod, Team fortress 2, total war rome 2. those are mostly all ill be playing and im sure it is possible to make it so you can play high settings on minecraft, and high settings on the other games with this cheap of a build. Thanks guys even if you do not want to do this build because it's budget is $450 i ask you to please do it. I will be ordering the parts shortly so i really do need suggestions. Thanks again.

and before you say "there is no GPU", like some people, it is an APU build.

but better to be safe as he may carry the PSU to his next build which will have better specs. maybe he will want to OC while he is at it.
