So i signed up Sunday and have been going every odd day.
Yesterday a few kids came in with me and i took no notice.
They walk into gym with me and i went upstairs to cardio section to warm up and do tredmill etc.
Looked down over the balcony they are all wearing hoodies and just doing weights/
This really pi**ed me off because not have they only just wasted money they will probably get injured and it will have no effect.

RANT OVER

I don't get how them wearing hoodies make them not know what they're doing and might hurt themselves? That confuses me because I see people in hoodies at the gym sometimes and they're really working out intensely.

No they weren't dressed for gym they were in converse and big a** hoodies.

At least come to gym dressed to use the gym its not a fashion show

I sometimes go to the gym in a hoodie and go to the weights. Problem?
I class that as gym clothes, I have tracksuit bottoms on and trainers with my tank top [vest] underneath my hoodie.
If I feel a bit cold I will work out with my hoodie on then take it off.

I haven't injured myself [because I know what i'm doing] but I wouldn't say them kids have wasted their money and won't have any effect.
It takes time to see changes.

You are really complaining about people wearing hoodies in the gym? Wow man instead of judging people who are training and getting big focus on yourself and your own gains..

Just do your own thing, don't let them bother you because they might hurt themselves. If they're lifting what they can do comfortable then leave'em to it.

Are you joking?
If you knew what you were doing, you would know that cardio is useless for building muscle and it actually burns muscle.

Its not really the way that the dress that should really be the problem.

People are allowed to wear what ever they feel like to the gym. As for not using the machines/weights properly, thats their problem. Most of them tell you how to use it right on there.

Wearing a hoodie will get you injured?
If they were using the equipment in-correctly then yes, I would be able to see your point but just wearing a hoodie or trainers will not influence the chances of injury.

However, you done the right thing of doing a warm up. If they didn't that may increase the chances of an injury occurring.

Wow, probably the worst rant I've ever heard, you're complaining because they wear hoodies? there is literally nothing wrong with that.
