so im trying to use a tool an all COD tool but it tells me cant connect help plz im trying to connect to rgh using a tool but it says cant connect anyhelp I have all the plugins set right but it wont let me connect my rgh

Do you have neighborhood? Is your console set as the default console on neighborhood?
