Am I doing something wrong? I did the glitch to make the screen pop up on the internet but it won't let me select a color to finish the purchase. Help?

You cannot pick a color, when you get to the color bit click the home button and click the search bar but press b, then when you do that you delete all of it until the / you put purchasecar

You didn't post all the steps your doing, so don't know what your doing wrong. Rockstar servers have been messed up for the last 12 hours though.

after you are on the car page, it will NOT let you select a color.
instead, click on the homepage and in the url press B-A(on xbox 360) (or O-X on ps3) just like you did to get to the hotknife page in the first place.
This time, you will want to backspace the number and the details
eg. .com/cardetails-29 should be changed to .com/purchasecar
(I'm not exactly sure if that first url is right, but you get the idea).
