Ever since I got my Xbox One I haven't been able to use my Turtle Beachs to listen to game audio. Not that it's necessarily the Xbox Ones fault but the fact that it only supports HDMI. If you didn't know, Turtle Beach supports AV outputs, not necessarily HDMI. So I'm stuck here.... I've tried seeing if my TV had a headphone audio jack but no it doesn't. I also tried seeing if my TV had AV 'Audio Out' but no it doesn't. So like I said, I'm very stuck. What can I do? Is there a HDMI Audio adapter/Extractor/etc that I can buy that would process 1080p picture and I'll be able to listen to audio?

Please help and ask any additional questions if necessary.

First, may I ask what kind of Turtle Beaches you are using?

Going off not knowing what kind of headset.

I really dont know but something like this may work.

I may be missing a step, if I am, you will either have to wait a buy
a turtle beach headset that is made for the Xbox One.

Ok this happened to me!!! My tv didnt have an audion jack but did have the red and white (left and right)audio out.... But they didnt work which left me in the same boat as you... So what you have to do is Buy a DIGITAL TO AUDIO CONVERTER AND USE AN OPTICAL CABLE

The optical cable plugs straight in to the back of the Xbox One and then in to the converter box

plug your turtle beaches in to the other side of the converter and you are good to go

I don't know what kind of TBs you're using but mine have a red and white AV jack on them, and they work perfect. I also rigged a mic cord so I can talk using my turtle beach mic.
