I guess you could torrent all of the game from the pack but then your not garanteed to get multiplayer and run a big chance of getting viruses. To get it cheaper you can wait till it's on sale on steam or you might be able to find a steam key for the pack on a CD key website that might sell it for half the price of steam.

You could just wait and check the humble bundle weekly, they have all sorts of games on sale and its for a charity that you chose.
