I have seen many names for rgh's and jtag's. What is the difference

Ex- jtag's, r-tag, RGH, RGH-2.0

They both do the exact same thing just the way they do it and different boot times look here for more info

All these modifications do the same. they allow you to run unsigned code.

jtag:

jtag can only be done on phat consoles and only on dash 7371 or below. it also only requires a few wires and is very easy to do

rgh:

rgh can be done on phat and slim consoles it can also be done on the latest dash. that is why you hear people saying rgh 2.0 because rgh1 could not be done on latest dash. also rgh2 consoles boot times are not very stable therefor rgh2 consoles can take a while to boot. Rgh/Rgh2 is harder than jtag to install and requiers a cool runner.

r-jtag:

r-jtag can be done on the latest dash but is harder to install than rgh. r-jtag is supose to bring the jtag's stability back to the latest dash. the r-jtag has more or less instant boot times like the original jtag.

It's just different motherboards, and types of Xbox's.

Thanks, I'm just researching before I purchase one of those consoles.
