I switched your LM and RM. Jarvis is a hidden gem for me, but his workrates don't cut it and Lennon is terrible for me in game. Eriksen is good, but De Bruyne is way better imo. He is an amazing OP non rare card, same goes to Diaby in the CDM position.
Schurrle has great workrates for an LM and pace, you can't forget the pace, haha. And the RM is now Mirallas, a great non rare player, he attacks fairly well. Fellaini is now in the CDM because I find him much more suitable in that position, he is a wall in the midfield!
The final changes I made were switching Agger out for a much more refined CB, Koscielny due to having M/H workrates and pretty good stats.
In goal I replaced Mignolet for Cech. If you've never tried Cech out, try him very good, and annoying to other players, because he basically blocks everything.
