I just spent a total of $100 on paypal for some cod ghost modding tools and I told them that I don't have a jtag and they both said I can use a USB drive then I got scammed but I still have tools that won't even let me open???

Is it even possible to use cod ghost stat editor without j-tag??? Please help I don't know what to do I need help please pm me on tag or reply

I think so tahts not possible without a J-Tag.
