Is there anything wrong with my internet connection My download keeps dropping
Here is the stats = Broadband Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 5120 kbps 384 kbps
Line Attenuation 18.0 dB 10.0 dB
Noise Margin 15.3 dB 20.20 dB
The speed I was getting was 6mbps but It was dropping to 0.5mbps - 2mbps
My internet provider said I could not handle that speed. So they dropped my speed down to 5mbps but I only get 4mbps and it keeps dropping to 2mbps is there something wrong with my line?
