Hi all thanks for looking my post im a beginner to all the modding i have a rgh 2 on the latest dash and has the latest fsd 3 im just wondering if it possible to do the system link infection on my retail xbox to do cod ghosts lobbies my rgh isnt banned

No. Infections via system link work for MW2 and lower.

As far as i'm aware you will need your console online to do ghost lobbies. (may be able to do some simply infections like wall hack ect)
I personally don't mod ghosts (or even own the game) so i'm just going by what i have heard.
