I have a jailbroken iphone 5 running ios 7.0.4. For 90% of the things i try to install it says "Note: The requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed." And at the bottom it says "Depends: preferenceloader" any fixes?

Can you gain access to the bigboss repo? If you can download preferenceloader from there.

What tweaks are you using? because those could screw it up

I removed the big boss repo from my sources because it takes up so much space. Could this be the problem?

Yes... Because most of dependencies that most packages rely on are in bigboss.

You go on the homescreen of cydia, click on more package sources, Bigboss should appear on the top. Install it. Now whenever you download a tweak it should automatically download the dependencies.
