I mean you really can't put it on Horizon? All you have to do is just get the XeX Menu LIVE file and put it on your Desktop (or anywhere, idgaf) and click the "Inject New File" button in Horizon and select the one file. I'll be willing to help you.

My bros back tomorrow so I'll get him to help then, he's more of the tech side haha, I'm used to more of the hosting on the Jtag and sorting things out, I know a lot about it but I always forget the little main things lol! Plus doesn't help when my laptop is fukkkkkt :
