Yeah that's what I was thinking..
There has to be multiple tweaks on that list not iOS 7 compatible..

winterboard is very buggy on ios7 and is known to cause springboard crashes so probably that

Yeah, I don't see what else could be causing the iPhone to crash its SB like that. I remember when I first started out jailbreaking and I wanted to put tons of tweaks on my iPod and the SB couldn't handle it all and would always crash. Now when I jailbreak, I usually use only two to three things. 5 column SB, 5 icon dock, and maybe something else.
