I want to give money to my friend so I press the back button on the controller the go to inventory then cash and it won't let me click give cash it says

You are currently unable to give cash to other players

Help plz

I am pretty sure it was to temp fix the money lobbies.
Nothing you can do about it at the moment.

This is false. You could share money from jobs and what not but it was disabled because of money lobbies.

You can't do that anymore because money lobbies and glitches.
