So this is my first build that I would like to do. My budget is around 600 USD. I already have a windows license and mouse, keyboard, monitor. I have already ordered the processor but the rest i am open to suggestions or feedback. So if you guys could help or give some input it would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't have got that CPU on that budget, it leaves out money for you to spend on other components.

I would have got something like this:

I would have saved up a little more for a 270x, but that's what I could do on the budget, and I still went over.

thanks man. I have a pretty flexible budget as I work basically full time as well. Also about how well do you think it would be able to run games like TF2, Minecraft, I have no clue if it would even be able to run Skyrim or not. The main reason i got the 8 core processer is render times since in my spare tim i like to do graphic art.

Well, the PC build you suggested will run minecraft and TF2 without a problem.

I really appreciate it man. One last question though, would I be able to run things like bf4 or skyrim on like medium settings with decent frames? And if not would you suggest spending a little more on to get it there? The video card perhaps? Like I said my budget is very flexible, I make around $130 a week after all my bills.

What resolution is the monitor your going to be playing on?

If I was you I'd save up for a r9 270x. A great card for the price.

Ill check out that card. My actual monitor is crap for now but i hav a 32 inch lcd that i would probably use an hdmi cable for games other than minecraft and not graphically intense games.
