My campaign profile keeps getting deleted. How do I stop that from happening again ?

It's due to your game save being corrupted. If you plan on exiting your campaign, I would wait until the end of the mission to do so or exit to the main menu.
The first time I played the campaign I got about halfway through and the same thing happened to me as well as many other players.
