So, I heard you can have 4 xbox accounts under 1 xbox Live subscription on xbox one. Is this true?

Yes this is true bro. If your account has live then another account on your xbox will as well.

There use to be something called a Xbox Live family membership that costed around $100 but gave you 4 Xbox Live accounts that have gold for a year.

I don't believe it is offered anymore.

Yes, I remember this promotion/deal. However, I heard with a xbox one it's integrated to it.

You don`t need the family pack on Xbox One. All you need is to have one account with gold and you can make three new accounts with gold.
