Ok so I was trying to buy 5$ worth of gems to get another builders hut. But something happened and now whenever I try to buy the gems it says Transaction pending.. I rebooted my phone and cleared the app from my recents, what can I do to fix it? +Rep to whoever solves my problem.

Did you ever happen to get LocaliApStore from cydia?
if so deleted and you should be good

Try deleting the apple id and then putting it back in, it may work!
