I am having trouble with the App Store recently. Every time I go to make a purchase it says I need a valid credit card. I put the numbers in and says my credit card is invalid. I am using a green dot Visa Card.

You probably owe money too Apple for something, or something is wrong with your card.

You received this message due to an incorrect input of numbers. It could have also been by choosing the wrong vendor of your credit card.
