I've been searching and I have watched a couple of videos on YouTube but I still can't find it. Does anybody have any tips? I know that it spawns by Vespucci beach and the golf course, but is there a way to make it spawn more frequently?

When simeon texts you with a list of cars then if your lucky it will be on there, so you know that it will spawn at vespucci beach or the golf course quicker so atm it is on my list so if i can find it then i will invite you if you tell me your gamertag and you can have it

I found mine at the golf course, I would just go there and if its not spawned just join another session. Set you spawn to last location so your always right there

Its rather near the golf course or in the beach
