It's a problem with the tool. Translates to "The referenced memory has been unmapped."
Contact the developer and tell him he probably made a mistake when reading or writing a certain area of memory.

Go to properties then click the Compatibility tab then click the operating system below the one your using then press apply. Then run the program as administrator.
