Could you make me a Chicago Blackhawks Avatar exactly like this? [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Just take out the blue b ackground and put in a Chicago Blackhawks logo and put the 'Team Synergy' text in it exactly like that one. If I could get the same font too that would be awesome. The Avatar needs to be 250 pixels wide and 250 pixels tall for YouTube to allow me to upload it.
