I have tried everything shift clicking restore in itunes to specify a .ipsw, Tinyumbrella, Recboot, redsn0w, any way to get out recovery mode? Offering a small donation to anyone who finds a solution

Can you answer these for me please!

Is your itunes up to date. Go on the apple itunes download site then download the latest version.

When installing it may say (Repair or Remove) and press repair and this will repair any problems happening to itunes at the moment.

When done that get back to me thanks

Hold down Power + Home until the phone restarts, or use the latest version of Tiny Umbrella
