First you will need to swap from your main character and
go to one you don't use, the bank on both characters will
keep money for both of them. Put the money on your main
character in the bank and swap character, take the unwanted
money out the bank on your second character & go back to your
main character and it will be gone. You can now delete your second one
(Optional)
