I don't think you will be able to record your screen with any software in a high enough quality that is worth recording.

Don't even bother trying to record on that, you need an upgrade first.

Upgrade you System then get a GPU with in-built DVR. mine records 1080p@60fps with minimal quality loss

Your computer is not that good for recording, but I have Fraps and that works perfect with me.
